Just not impressed. I ordered, the waitress and I talked for a while. Once they brought me the food there was nothing..... other... girls just walked by me..... I never saw my girl again..... nothing for a while (maybe 15-20 minutes). I was waiting for her tocome back so I could get A1, but she never came back. So I ate about 1/2 my fries and never took a bite of my burger, and Ileft? Nobody at the door, walking around, nobody said anything to me after she took my order. I can't really say how the foodwas, because I only ate about 10 waffle fries, but the fries were hot at first. It was just a wasted night for me. Maybe nexttime I come in they'll hit the mark, if I ever go in again. Read more
Despite being pretty quiet that night, we waited a long time to be seated and then waited for even longer to be greeted by our... server. All the staff seemed distracted with chatting. While 1 meal was really well-made the other 3 were only so-so and 1arrived very late and kind of cold. Maybe it was an off-night but it was disappointing for a place that used to be so good forwings. Waitress was super nice but wild to see cooks in the back handling cooking utensils and prep boards and with no gloves and... rubbing their faces prior to cooking my meal. 1st time and last time, absolute trash. Surprised this places hasn?t been had ahealth inspector yet. Don?t advise taking the gamble Read more
The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. It was very hot outside the day we went there and the place... needs better air conditioning for sure. The wings were very good as expected but the fish and chips we got was way overcookedand dry. We would go back for the atmosphere and wings for sure. Not good at all. The service started off OK. But we sat and waited for our food for 35 minutes, 2 orders of salad and 2 orders... of burgers shouldn't take that long. We had to ask where the food was, and finally got it. The manager gave us $17 refund. The hooters girl was nice, but the service was slow, especially as the place was 1/3 full at most. This place is usually top notch Tonight we was seated sat 15 minutes before having to ask for a waitress 10 minutes later Alex ... appeared took our order . 45 minutes later and two trips to ask about our food it arrived . Alex came to our table a total of 3times We had to find her to get our check . Very poor service for simple food . Can't blame them being too busy they was slow.
