This is a great place to take your family to eat. My husband took me here on a lunch date before he had to go to work yesterday.... I took him and my brother here last year for the first time and they both loved it. We love that we get to create our own dishand it can be a different creation each time you go back to get more food. With the different sauces and oils that you can add,your creation can be hot and spicy or mild... your choice. Watching them cook your creation in front of you is sometimes a showall by itself. I don't believe this is how to treat a client: I had a coupon for buy a lunch, and get one free. I explained that I would eat... mine there, and take the other to my wife (she was unable to join me). The VERY nice server said that would work fine. Afterfilling up my bowl with food to take to the grill, she stopped me and told me the manager would not allow that. Both mealsneeded to be "dine in" So, I couldn't do my wife a favor today. And, they had to throw away the food that I had alreadyassembled and seasoned. And, while I used to enjoy eating there, they are certainly dissuading me from coming back. I honestlycan't even think of a reason why they wouldn't accommodate a paying customer. Read more
We lived in the area from 2016-2020 and loved coming here. We just recently moved back to the area and were so excited to visit... last night. We were in for a rude disappointment though. We started with ordering our food. Our 10 year old ordered mozzarellasticks off the kids menu and the rest of us got the bbq. When they came out with her mozzarella sticks, there was no cheeseinside 2 of the 4, and very little inside of the other 2. We complained and they remade them. The 2nd batch came out better.Also, the zucchini noodles came off the grill very mushy. Then, when we got our check we were charged for an adult order ofmozzarella sticks and an extra drink. The server apologized and told us her manager rang it up and would have it fixed. Theserver took the check back to the manager and then came back a few minutes later and asked my daughter how old she was, I guessto make sure she was young enough to get charged for a kids meal?!? Even though, she had no issue ordering a kids meal for her.Then, she brought out a new check. I scanned the code on my phone to pay the bill, only to realize that I was still charged foran extra drink. Then, we had to go back and complain again. They gave us a $10 credit towards our next visit. I doubt it will beused though, considering the poor service we got. It was clear the server was trying her best, but the manager was not veryhelpful, nor did he/she come out to apologize. We left feeling disappointed with our experience. Read more
Our first time here! I have no idea, why we never enjoyed this goodness until now! Friendly staff members. Clean environment.... What an amazing set up! All you can eat! I understand the issues with keeping employees right now. But there is a certain minimal amount of hygienic cleaning that is... required to make a restaurant usable The carpet is so old and worn that it feels like you're walking through the movie theaterfloor equivalent of carpet. The handrail around the cooking area is falling apart and pitted. Best of all the bottoms of thedishes come complete with with layer after layer of unwashed yuck. At 1st I thought it was textured to promote a good grip. Nopeit was unwashed grime and gross stuff that I could scrape off with my fingernails. I took my kids and went to chickfilet. Please see the picture for how much grime was on the bottom of the plate. Edit - I sent an email to the address thatthe business provided 5 days ago. See the added pic for what I wrote. As of today July 20, 2022 there had been NORESPONSE. Clearly this was just lip service and an attempt to put a positive spin on my horrendous experience experience.Obviously they don't care enough to respond to the emails. The food was excellent and very delicious! All the staff were incredibly kind and courteous during our experience and the grill... cook was on point! Fantastic restaurant and a personal favorite in the QC area! Read more
This wasn't bad if you're looking for something different to try. The concept it great and there are lots of different options. ... I would say that the ingredient ans sauce tables need some serious cleaning through out the shift. A lot of items were mixed andmany of the sauces had food in them that had fallen from plates. The staff was very nice but I probably wouldn't visit again. Read more
The food was great. I've been here plenty times prior to today's visit. Our waitress greeted us with confrontation because she... assumed we sat ourselves. We were directed by the host. Charges us for two drinks we never received, takes 20+ mins to return$4.72 in change. I understand mistakes, but damn. She must have assumed she was going to keep it, because she returned a $5.
