Haven't eaten a Marco's pizza in 20 years and probably will never again!! The workers were very friendly and the prices were... fine. Just don't remember so much grease/oil on a pepperoni pizza!! GROSE!!! P.S. Breadsticks were great too!!! Read more
Pizza and customer service was good but one tall big gentleman back there behind counter kept picking his hair without gloves.... Luckily he didnt make my pizzas. This needs to be address. Added that person didn't wash his hands as well. Read more
I hate to say but I had to change my rating. We used to order at least once a week from here and got great pizza and sandwiches.... Always right and tasted great. However, In the past few months we just don't seem to feel the same. The orders are wrong, pizzasdon't get to us at all and are having to be remade, nothing is cut all the way through (you have to cut your own cheesebread)...this isn't the same place we loved before. I had a craving for a Pepperoni Magnifico pizza so I decided to order Marcos. Pizza arrived semi warm at best, 2 to 3 inches of... crust around edges before any toppings or cheese began. There was hardly any pepperoni, definitely not "magnifico"! The pizzawas very greasy which I don't understand because there was not much pepperoni on it, the pizza was also stuck to the top of thebox. And to top it off the pizza took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive. I love Marcos but after this experience I am hesitantabout ever ordering from there again. Look at the attached photos and tell me thats how the pizza looks on the commercials orads. They did offer to remake the pizza but as it was already 8:15 at night and I was starving I coudn't wait for another pizzato be made. I ended up throwing the rest of the pizza away, it was mostly crust anways. I have bought cheap frozen pizzas thatwere better than this. What a disappointment in every way! Read more
Had Marco's pizza for the 1st time on Superbowl Sunday in about 10 yrs at that time I really didn't like it. Yesterday, it was... so very hot temperature wise and pretty good. The only thing I would suggest is putting some flavor in the crust, maybe a garlicbutter or even butter. Thanks, Marco's! We will order from you again! Read more
The pizza was ok. The first a bit chewy for me and not very flavorful. I ordered a veggie with extra cheese m. Apparently... Marcos Pizza does not put onions or peppers on their veggie pizza. The bread sticks, like the pizza crust, were lacking anyreal flavor. Thankfully the marinara sauce added some much needed flavor. The chocolate cake was decent. Very rich chocolateflavor. It was GREAT warm with ice cream! The worst part of the experience was the delivery driver. He dropped the itemsordered on the counter with a thud as opposed to handing them to me. He then asked for a gratuity. I pointed out that a tiphad been added with my credit card. His response was that the restaurant keeps most of the tips paid with a credit or debitcard. To ask for a tip is bold in and of itself. To then tell me that the business keeps tips given via a credit or debit cardis A an untruth which I learned when u called to ask. B borders on rude.
