The sandwich was good, but it took 20 minutes! Were they butchering the cow? The manager was loudly complaining about how much... she works while the one person taking orders on the front tried to keep up. The food at McAlister's Deli is really good. What is not so great is the service. I waited 25 minutes for my lunch. A party... that arrived after me, was served before me. I was late getting back to work. I will go elsewhere to eat when I have timeconstraints. Read more
Arrived and ordered by 12:46, during a time when there were 6 tables taken and about 3 cars in the drive through. Staff minus... the young lady taking orders worked like State DOT workers. As I started this post it was 1:08 and the food had yet to arrive.With my profession I truly understand that there is a huge difference between the people who want to work and the ones who haveto work. 1:10 and the food has arrived. This is probably the worst service at a McAlister?s Deli I have experienced. Management may have said hello, but that is... probably the only thing they got right. The tea was ?NOT SWEET? as labeled. Food is not correct and all the food comes out atdifferent times (4 people). Listen when taking orders, read when making the orders, and don?t act rude to your customers. 1 staris a far stretch for the service. Read more
