Initially I wasn't going to write a review but I just expect more from a business like Panera. I usually get my lattes from... Starbucks but I was looking to change it up and stopped at Panera. I got an iced Carmel latte that was so lightly colored andmilky that I actually thought she was handing me a blended drink. The drink had minimal flavor, I couldn't taste the coffee orthe syrup.
