Initially I wasn't going to write a review but I just expect more from a business like Panera. I usually get my lattes from... Starbucks but I was looking to change it up and stopped at Panera. I got an iced Carmel latte that was so lightly colored andmilky that I actually thought she was handing me a blended drink. The drink had minimal flavor, I couldn't taste the coffee orthe syrup. Went in for supper with my Bestie. The restaurant was dirty, table weren't wiped off, and upon coming back from the restroom all... I see is teenage employees in a circle chatting, laughing, and looking at their phones. Would have given it 2 stars but the foodwas actually decent. Read more
Extra grated parmesan cheese for a dollar per salad was NON-EXISTENT.Not even the amount you should get for a regular Caesar... salad, on all 3 salads. Don't waste your money. Plus several different delivery fees in addition to tipping. Read more
Food is reliably good but prices are a bit high for what you get. Issue here is always a lack of people working the counter to... take orders. Everytime we come here there's just 1 person at the register and a line of people waiting to place orders. Wouldbe nice if they more reliably staffed the other registers and move customers through more quickly. Read more
