I'm done here. I ordered a premium family feast. The sandwiches were just thrown together with pieces of Avocado that basically... took up the whole sandwich, turkey that was almost undercooked, and no baguette, with no replacement or anything to make thatsituation better. How are you known for your bread but run out of baguettes 4 and a half hours before closing. Justdisappointing. These people don't take pride in their work. They just throw food at people and expect them to enjoy the garbagethey give you. They're not getting another dime outta me. Read more

Went through the drive thru at 8:40 am. They didn't have anymore souffle which happens sometimes, so not a huge deal, but sad. I... then ordered a cheese bagel with plain cream cheese and they said they only had chive onion or honey walnut cream cheese so Ithen changed my bagel to a cinnamon. They didn't ask if I wanted it toasted, which I would have, but I could have told themmyself. So my bagel was cold. The reason I didn't give them more stars is because my bagel wasn't even cut properly. Part of thebottom was just silvered off and hanging from the rest of the bagel. Read more

I was in the store at 11:40, the offer to help was very timely but was very disappointed in my order. I ordered half an apple... fugi salad and half a steak and cheddar sandwich. The salad was very disappointing the greens were very unappealing very limp,mostly the string type in this salad and some hanging out of the container. The sandwich had small pieces of steak more likecrumbs with onion and cheese and it did not fill the roll which was about 3 1/2 to 4 inches long. I feel the meal served did notreflect the price paid.
