Called at 11 am for lunch order. 12:30 and still no pizza for the staff. When I called to ask about delivery, twice, I was... hung up on twice. RUDE STAFF, TERRIBLE SERVICE! Before I was hung up on, I was told they deliver to the schools for lunch. One might consider they explain this to a customer who is ordering lunch, and one might want to avoid this Papa Johns fordelivery. Late hours, great service, decent prices. Delivery is always in reasonable time, pick up is even easier. Never had an issue that... wasn't resolved. The un-sauced wings and Tuscan cheese bread are my favs!! Read more
First thing, do not overload your driver. For 45 minutes I watched on the app as the driver drove all over with my pizza. Get it... and though it looks good it is ice cold. Papa John?s is not a cheap pizza so you at least want it warm especially when gettingover $30 worth of pizza. Marcos is such a better option. Probably won?t order from here again. Read more
Never had a complaint before and I come to this location quite often. I had a problem about a month ago and even though I hadn't... spoke to anyone in a little bit. they immediately changed my order to half off to accommodate for their mishap previously eventhough I had called but my account wasnt noted. I had spoke with the GM Dan he was more than helpful and give me the bestcustomer service I've had in a long time! Typically get pizza cooked well from this location but tonight it was completely burnt on top and bottom was told that because... it's a deep dish they run it through the oven one and a half times. Hopefully adjustments are made. I always order online andhave had great service from the delivery drivers very courteous people. Read more
