Have no pictures and didn?t even get to taste it because the driver delivered our food to the wrong people. Then she proceeded... to offer us their food, I called the store and they told me we would have to wait another hour. Make sure if someone orders online 2 hours early and you do not have delivery drivers that you continue to call, text, email to... let us know. We called at 10:10 when we scheduled it for 10 & could not even reach the actual Store! Was sent to a call centerwho was rude & said it was cancelled & store called to tell us to see if wanted carry out. He did not believe us (the customer)that we were not contacted. We went to bed without food despot ordering 2 hours early. We even received tracking info that at9:42 said it was being baked but call center told us it was canceled by store at 8:17! Makes no sense. Poor customer service.Especially for a well known restaurant name that?s been around many years. Read more
Very friendly GM & staff!! Acknowledged me when I walked in. Pizza was done within 20 minutes of ordering, so no long waits!... Added ham to a half and half which I didn?t order but turned out to be AMAZING!!! put me on!! Happy holidays to you guys, keepdoing your jobs well and you?ll be blessed.
