Order was wrong (from other reviews seems common at this location). What I did get tasted good but the store was very dirty and... not well maintained, The worse part was 8 minute wait at the speaker and 20 min wait after I paid to get my food with only 2other cars in line. Watched 3 cars leave due to the long wait - this location is losing a lot of business if my experience wasany indication just by the number of people who left upset. Read more
Is it possible to leave zero stars in a review? I drove to Popeyes on Sunday 10-8 for a simple 5 piece box of chicken and 2... biscuits. There was one couple in the dining room. I was the only person waiting at the counter. There were five young girlsworking behind the counter. There was absolutely no supervision for these idiotic children. Three of them were loudly arguingwith each other. I waited 25 minutes before I was approached by one of these inbreds to take my order. I attempted to payafter a half hour wait and was told "correct change only." I'll never go to this restaurant again. Read more
Maybe I expected to be treated with kindness because I originally learned of Popeyes chicken when I lived in another state. But... my experience at this restaurant made me decide to NEVER go back. My husband and I spent over $50 on takeout chicken and waitedalmost an hour in the parking lot only to have it basically thrown at us. I'm disappointed. We were patient. We live an houraway and had spent the day in the Quad Cities...... We could have chosen ANY restaurant. There are many. But we chose to takechicken home from Popeyes. No wonder our world is so angry and unkind........ Maybe if your workers treated people who spendmoney at your establishment we're kind....... kindness would spread. We were nice when we placed our order......andunderstanding when they told us it would be a wait. But your employees are rude. And no one wants to be treated likethat....... Too bad. So food is great, but it?s funny and sad at the same time that you can?t get away from any Popeyes without something going wrong... ????. Went through the drive through and lady said that their system to charge cards was down so people had to pay with exactcash (for some reason). Luckily I ordered through the app. By the way app sucks in comparison to lots of other restaurant chainapps. Read more
The spicy chicken sandwich was good and thats about it. The service absolutely sucked. We had to wait nearly 20 minutes for 2... chicken sandwiches and a coleslaw and fries. Finally had to exit the vehicle and go in the place after watching two vehiclesbehind us get their orders and go. And then the order was messed up, no coleslaw. This place needs new management and oremployees, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Read more
Received red beans and rice with no beans, ordered a 30 piece and got 29, and I ordered 3 fries but got 2. I let the 29 pieces... and missing fry slide but red beans and rice with no beans?? That was purposely done. Order at your own risk but Popeyes ingeneral is notorious for screwing up every order so I shouldn?t be surprised. This was my first and last time eating here. Read more
I was going to order Kfc chicken wings but my daughter convinced me to do Popeyes instead. My problem is last time I tried... Popeyes there was a very very very long wait for not that many cars and order was messed up. But I made an agreement with herif she picks it up, I would pay for it and have her my order. She was with me when we had the long wait last time so she saidshe wanted to try again. The good news is the wait she said was way shorter. The service was not better as she said soundedlike same bad attitude. So it was up to the food. I checked bags when they arrived at the house. It was missing fries anddrink for the meal. The chicken sandwich seemed smaller than the time before or maybe it's was flattened. It did not tastefresh more like sitting in warmer long time. I tried my daughters wings and they definitely were not fresh. The biscuit washard...I mean brick hard. We were pounding it on the table hard. So the second time around not better. I will wait awhileagain and when get in the mood for chicken, I might try again. Read more
The food is excellent! I crave their traditional chicken quite often. Huge fan of the spicy or original crispy traditional... chicken. I've never had the tenders or chicken strips. Red beans are rice is amazing as well as the biscuits with a littlehoney. Makes me hungry just thinking about it. Read more
