My friends chose this place while we were on a bus trip. I ate at a Red Robin once before and was not impressed. This was our second time at Red Robin and I'd give a 5 star rating excerpt the servers act like they either don't have time to... do their job or maybe it's the color of our skin they ate not fond of. The food however it's delicious and we simply love datingeach other. Because the food is so good I'm willing to give them a third and maybe final try to either get a 5 star rating orloose our business all together. Waitress was competent and fast. The food was good. But the whole place was dirty. It was like a ice skating rink! Full of... grease everywhere! The booths and all the tables were full of grease. The food was really good and even the service. The burgers were really good and you can tell it was fresh meat. So wondering why... I give it 2 stars????? Because the place was super dirty it was uncalled for, the floor was slippery from all the grease! Eventhe booth was oily and had to call the waitress to clean it. I ordered cod and broccoli with a soda water. I had tarter sauce poured on me, no broccoli, and the water was 2.99. The cod was... a giant ball of batter. First time eating here with wife for lunch. Ordered wedge burger(has no bun) & Red Robin hamburger with side salads. Good size... burgers prepared like requested, salads on smaller side. They advertise bottomless salads & sides, which we declined. Justdrank water with large glasses. Waited awhile for server to show up, but she was kind. See menus for prices. Completely unsafe for the public!!! First off walking in the door they got this chain hanging from the door which isn't a... problem for someone thats short but for me being 6'5" that hanging chain smacked me straight in my eye!!!! I talked to themanager about that dangling chain so he could lock that door. Next my wife went into the restroom and the sink had a metalshaving that went straight into her finger. She had to get it out with a thumb tac. Smh this place need an inspection for publicsafety asap! Read more
