This Taco Bell may very well be the only fast food restaurant to never mess up an order for me. I exclusively use the drive... thru, and they are a bit slow, sometimes excessively slow, but the staff is friendly and gets my order right every time, so I?malright with that. Read more
Food is good. Using the kiosk to order sucks. You have no interaction with a person other than the person who hands you your... food. We had to listen to a shift manager being loud, and downright horrible to employees the night we were there. Telling them"I don't care how you get it out the window, hand it or throw it to them, just get that order made and out the window in 40seconds." He about had one young girl in tears. Taco bell always messes up my order! I ask for NO TOMATOS and EVERY single time there's tomatoes. When I call and complain they... always say sorry and I will get a free meal in the mail. I'm owed about 5 at this point in time and I never got them when I callabout that they say sorry it's sitting right here on the mangers desk that they haven't sent it out yet..... still waiting btwit's been over a month !!! I use door dash.. a lot. But I will tell You over the last year. The only credits or order replacement I?ve had have been here! ... 5 times!! Why do I even try anymore. Completely wrong food once.
