Food is good. Using the kiosk to order sucks. You have no interaction with a person other than the person who hands you your... food. We had to listen to a shift manager being loud, and downright horrible to employees the night we were there. Telling them"I don't care how you get it out the window, hand it or throw it to them, just get that order made and out the window in 40seconds." He about had one young girl in tears. Taco bell always messes up my order! I ask for NO TOMATOS and EVERY single time there's tomatoes. When I call and complain they... always say sorry and I will get a free meal in the mail. I'm owed about 5 at this point in time and I never got them when I callabout that they say sorry it's sitting right here on the mangers desk that they haven't sent it out yet..... still waiting btwit's been over a month !!! I use door dash.. a lot. But I will tell You over the last year. The only credits or order replacement I?ve had have been here! ... 5 times!! Why do I even try anymore. Completely wrong food once. Missing sodas another. No sauce and missing food. Just why? Darn you Taco Bell for me wanting you. But seriously. This location is the worst! Even when I go there myself my order isalways wrong. Slow. So incredibly slow. I've been in line for the drive thru for 40 mins. I'm writing this from my car still waiting to get 2... hard shell tacos. I got in line at 1125 pm, ordered my food at 1147 pm, got my food at 1204 am. No straws for my 2 drinks andhad to ask twice for sauce within the same minute. With the way that the drive thru is built, there is no way to get out of itonce you're in so you get the pleasure of getting stuck in line for 40 minutes to get 2 hard tacos. Upon arrival there were about 4 cars in the drive through. When I went into the restaurant, I found no one at the register, an... irritated man waiting, and no one acknowledging our presence. While seeing if anyone would come to the register, I counted 3persons in the drive through, 4 at the food prep table, and 1 person in the back. I also noticed trash from ingredient packagingscattered about the floor. After approximately 5 min, a young lady came in from outside, stood behind the register, and advisedthat the kiosk has a cash option, and that if no one was at the register, it had to be used. She then exited the restaurant. Question, has basic politeness of even acknowledging the customer standing at the counter been remove from your company?sprocedures? First was tryng to order a taco party pack and was told they were completely out of Doritos locos tacos. So had to change my... entire order. Got a nacho bellgrande, chips were stale and they forgot the guacamole. Also got 2 crunch wraps, that didntcrunch. The what was supposed to be hard shell taco in both wraps were raw and uncooked. Nasty, unhealthy, unprofessional. Iwill be lucky if I dont get sick. Read more
