Went thrift drive-thru. Was extremely friendly, courteous, & helpful. Was a delight!!! Food was kind of expensive.
Good tacos and love the potato ole's And I like the fact they actually have Pepsi products instead of come like everyone else
Posted hours are incorrect. 3 times in 6 months that I've pulled up well after 7 (7:40) to be told they aren't open. Everything... else is great from a food and service standpoint. Read more
Used the app to order my food and pay for it. Got to the window told the person working it that I order my food off the app and... she asked for a payment. My husband gave it to her, so I expressed that I paid through the app. She continued on like she didn'tunderstand so I logged into my bank account and seen two separate charges ???? unfortunately she had no one there to give meback a refund. On top of all that food was cold no sauce in the bag. That sucked baddddd just ugggh no more app using for me. Ready to cuss ???? Read more
The soda taste like mold they do not clean the soda machine. And the tomatoes in the burrito had mold I will never get food... there again what a waste 30$ it all went in the garbage. Health department will be notified Monday!!!! Read more
I was served two soft shell tacos at this location that were both cold. Not lukewarm, but actually stone cold...like they had... come out of a refrigerator without being heated up even briefly. Completely unacceptable. I filed a complaint with Taco John's,but they did not respond. It's like they don't even care. Read more
First time here. Great first impression. Food was good and fresh. Combo meals are fair with good sized drinks and sides for a... small. They carry Pepsi products, and lemonade and root beer. Staff and manager were friendly and professional. Read more
I ordered a number 1 (two hard shell tacos) with a lemonade.. I received one hard shell taco that was completely cold and 1 hard... shell taco that I couldn?t even try bc the hard shell was so saturated it was soft.. my drink I received was sprite.. I am sodisappointed in the customer service. If the people working were more focused on the customer instead of talking to each othermaybe this experience would have been better.
