Rude service. I ordered a pink lady monster and she made it with full sugar instead of sugar free. I asked her to remake it... since it I ordered a sugar free. She seemed really annoyed then said she could remake it... proceeded to hand me a VERY diluteddrink. Who knows what she even put in it. First drink is bright pink and the next is very clear. (Both should be a pretty pink).Was it really that serious to correct their mistake?? Especially for the prices charged?? Not a business worth supporting. We were just driving out of town and needed coffee so we stopped. So good!!!
I wish that I could give this ZERO STARS! My wife and I came in from out of town. We were in the drive thru line and we got to... the second car back. We noticed that there was a sign stating that the walk up window was open for our convenience. We decidedto park and walk up to sit down and talk over coffee as a relaxing break from the kids. We were refused service at the windowbecause it was for people that didn?t have a car and had to walk or ride a bike. I explained that I WAS in line but I wanted tosit down with my wife for coffee. The people that were in front of and behind us can verify it. They said we have a car so weneed to use the drive thru. I said let?s start over?. I don?t have a car, can I order coffee. The employees said yes you can, inthe drive thru and slammed the window on us. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I hope it goes out of business! Very cute place. Great drinks & reasonably priced. Long line took awhile 10 -12 minutes to get to the window to order. Need... more help. Staff very nice but didn't give us a receipt. Read more
2 different locations! The new shop Is a neat place. Definitely funky frappe options.
This is by far my favorite coffee shop of all time. I have never ordered something here and not liked it. I make sure I try... everything on their monthly specials menu. I highly recommend Coffee Revolution! Read more
