Not from the area, but stopped here on a quick trip through Davenport. Service was great, beer was cold, burger was great. The... menu looked expansive from what I could tell. The burger was very delicious! One of the best ever with carmelized onions and BBQ sauce. Sweet potato waffle fries were... amazing. Server was very attentive. Seating was comfortable. Love the decor. Will definitely go again! Read more

Always a good stop for wings and a beer! I went with the Boneless Wings and Fries special, 1/2 lb of wings and fries smothered... in cheese and bacon. For the wings, I went with the waitress recommended Bourbon Sriracha and Roasted Garlic Parmesan sauce. Itwas a great recommendation! Highly recommend if you're looking for good wings! Read more
Both of our meals were delicious. I don't remember our server's name, but she has blond hair and a nose piercing. She was so... sweet and really on top of our service. We are just passing through the area and I wanted to eat somewhere local and found here.It was a great find. I recommend it. Breaded wings are excellent, especially the teriyaki sauce. 10 stars. We used to live in the area when I went to college and The Filling Station was in our regular rotation of restaurants we... frequented back 20 years ago. I'm happy to say that it is still very delicious and that the great food and service hasn'tchanged at all. The place was packed as I remember it days gone by and of course we ordered the famous pork loin sandwichesalong with their chili. Both were absolutely fantastic and just as I remember them.
