Wanted to try Wahlbergers so made the trip over. Very small being inside Hy-vee and it's extremely over priced!! If you like to... pay $12- $14 for a burger that (we both said) taste like Wendy's then hey this is the place for you! One pic is the grilledchicken sandwich for $12 other is their version of onion rings ( more like onion bits) also over priced! Luckily we happened tobe there during happy hour and appetizers were $5. We tried the chicken egg rolls they were tasty but you get 3 cut in half. Thebar is small as well. Definitely a one and done. Read more
Loved the July Lucy and the sweetpotatoes tart tot were amazing. Food was hot fresh fast to get to our table.
We went for the first time today. It was very delicious! Good flavor on the fiesta burger! And the kids burgers were great! The... chicken tenders my daughter got were very good! Didn?t get a picture but she loved them! There was so much food I couldn?t eatit all. Read more
Friendly staff and clean facility inside of Hyvee! I chose the basic burger and fries, and while it was good, I wasn?t as... impressed as I had hoped. I will come back though and try something more adventurous, and probably dine in too. Read more
Stopped in for the first time a week ago for dinner, came in again today for lunch. Burger was consistently AMAZING. Me and my... husband got Juicy Lucy, which had cheese in the middle of the patty, with lettuce and mayo. Burgers were cooked perfectlymedium, definitely had a ton of flavor, was "juicy" as the name implied. Kids ate free in Sept they had a hotdog with fries andthe other had the mac and cheese with fries, they both cleared their plates, quietly and without complaint at all. First time dining here, first off if you didn?t know you had to pre-order at the opposite counter it can get confusing. We stood... at the entrance for some time until the only bar staff finally looked up and told us to pre-order, seemed like over 5 minutesand we were about to walk away (on crutches at the moment. Advice: place a sticker or something explaining this walk throughmethod as we were told the only time there is a door person is evenings. We ordered our food, both got the ?Juicy Lucy? minewith tater tots and his with onion straws. We walked in found a seat, had to move table as it claimed it was sanitized andclean, no it wasn?t, ketchup and crumbs all over. The floors were in need of a sweep and straw papers over and mud. Finally thefood came, the overall appearance was nice, it was a good burger but lacked flavor, I?m a Brit and use Wostershire sauce a lotand I could not even taste this, it lacked?I said to husband a few more spices or pepper would make this pop and was missing. Itneeded more, hardly any Mayo and needed a slice of tomato and pickle to complete it. My husbands onion straws were cold andlimp! mine were Luke warm but tasty. Kinda disappointed as it?s not a cheap burger, it needs more or reduce prices. I stillthink ?Culver?s? does the better burger. We tried and maybe we may try again if they get it together more. It wasn't special. Hy-Vee burgers are way better at this location. I'm guessing when you go to their other restaurants your... paying for the experience. I'm disappointed because they took the table service away if you order Wahlburgers and I could'vewent through the driveway for that tiny sad burger. Cute presentation though. Read more
Extremely salty. We couldn't eat the onion rings, too salty. The wife had bacon on her burger, it was too salty. I had 2 of... wife's fries, too salty. The burger was salty, but had good texture. The manager asked how was everything. We told him toosalty. He was nice enough to reduce our bill. They say the burger has government cheese. I hope so, I wouldn't pay for thatcheese. Read more
