Love the bacinator fries for that Saturday night out late snack but sadly the portion size seems to have shrunk. I know input... costs hit the margins but give me a choice of size options please. I ordered one sandwich with extra mayo all of my sandwiches were loaded with mayo. When I called to ask why my sandwich didn't... have tomato the girl said they had no tomato and that there was a large sign stating that(I didn't see sign) what if I couldn'tread I thought this was very rude how she spoke to me! I further went on to ask why all my sandwiches were loaded with mayo shesaid if you ask for extra you're going to get extra(I explained I asked for it on one) she was very rude and argumentative. Awful. I ordered 4pc spicey nuggets w ghost pepper ranch and the nuggets I received were stale and hard and there wasn't meat. I... took a picture. I never even received a receipt! And they gave only one ghost pepper ranch. I also ordered baconator fries andwanted the ghost pepper ranch for that too but like I said I only received one. They NEVER give you your receipt so they canmake it right and what I paid for was a joke. So disappointed because I used to love coming here. Read more
