Our party of two stopped at this Nebraska-based Runza franchise facility for lunch as we were cruising through the city on... another rural state highway. The restaurant is retrofitted into an old brick storefront, and the charming brickwork of the oldfacility is an integral part of this restaurant's walls. Customer seating was available within and outside the building, andlimited street parking was available along the vintage storefront. There was some confusion on how to enter a basic hamburgermeal into the electronic ordering system. My basic Runza sandwich was ripped open already when I unwrapped it from its papercovering, and many of my French fries were broken and quite short. To enter the drive-through, you need to navigate to thealley at rear of the building and literally drive into the building, creating a minor safety hazard as you depart onto thesidewalk at the front of the building. Must have had an off day...cheese Runza pretty soggy and falling apart. I'm sure it's usually better.

I was on lunch break, and it took them 10min to make my order. It was still really good! Just the speed of service could have... been faster since I was the 1st customer in the store. The two people in the drive through got their order before mine. Read more
