It's ok... Online ordering was messed up so I called it in. They said they would honor the discount since online wasn't working... but when my husband got there to pick up order they didn't give discount or honor it. Very disappointed in that. Read more
Was surprised that a 6" sandwich cost me $6.76. I guess that is the way it is in this economy. The lady that got the sandwich... started was very cheerful and fast with getting the bread, meat, cheese started. Then the line backed up, so she had to startputting the requested veggies & condiments on to get the line caught up. The cashier was polite. Read more
Great customer service. I visit often for my job & I have never had an issue.
Spent the summer in David City for an internship and came here for lunch most days. The staff was friendly and always did a... great job making my sandwich, even when the place was busy which it often was. After a while one of the employees (I think hername was Kelsey) actually memorized my order which was super impressive, and on my last time stopping in before my internshipended the manager Tina gave me my sandwich free of charge and wished me luck on going back to school. Nothing but positivethings to say about this place, would give it more stars if I could. Read more
Just went into the subway in David City and ordered a southwest steak and cheese wrap. I said that it gets guacamole on it a guy... behind the counter said that they aren't putting it on any sandwiches or wraps because it's not essential. The last time Ichecked guacamole is a super food so does that mean healthy food toppings are not essential? And who are you to tell me what'sessential when I'm paying you for service? Read more
So I came in with a giant order and the two working did a great job on following all the crazy little directions and different... crazy amounts of toppings. I tried ordering it all online so I could just go in and pick up but the option wasn't allowed, forthat reason I am giving a 4 star rating. Also, when I went to order a pizza I was told they don't serve those. I'm just going toassume it has something to do with the small town. If you want the seafood sandwich be prepared to only eat it during lentmonths. I'm upset its not around all year but again, I'm going to assume its a small town. The place was clean and staff wasbeyond nice and helpful. Would go back even without my favorited items. Read more
Great people and good food but going all around this country East for the last few months I saw plastic litter everywhere and... when I went to Subway I'm like plastic cup plastic straw in a plastic case folks we got to chill out with the plastic. Read more
