Been there a few times and never had a positive experience. They never have food ready and rarely give you all of your food.... Tonight was the last straw for me. First we waited 15 minutes for our food because it wasn?t ready, Sandwiches are inedible.Chicken was half the size, overdone and dry, and they gave each of us half of a tomato. Bacon won?t even stay on sandwichbecause it?s just crumbled pieces. Awful. Read more
I just went through the drive-thru at this Bojangles and they absolutely made my day. The staff was kind, quick and courteous.... I've been here several times and they always seem to be doing the best they can and having a good day. Read more
Ordered a side of mashed potatoes and received a raw piece of meat in it. How could you mess up something so simple . Not to... mention the rude manager with 4 inch nails that scratched me when I exchanged my card with her. Not even a year in and this newlocation has become a waste of space. Read more
I have ordered from this location 3 times now. Only one order has been correct. The manager on duty today had 3 inch finger... nails. That is Gross for the food industry. Get it together #Bojangles your better than this. Read more
Got the 20 piece family meal, got home to find no biscuits, and no hot sauce. Very dissapointed. Chicken was great though.... Overall experience could have been better, especially having waited in the store for 25 minutes or so to receive the order.Probably won't go back anytime soon. Read more
I ordered inside, but couldn't believe the young man taking orders and handling the Drive Thru. What an amazing worker. He was... so polite, friendly, actually spoke to the customers, wished them a good day. He had more energy than any of the workers and theonly one with a smile on his face. He was so uplifting and probably one of the most pleasant people I have seen in a long time.I felt bad for being inside! It would have been a pleasure to be taken care of by him. I wish I had gotten his name. If themanager sees this, look up to see who was working the drive thru on 8/13 around 11:30 am. And...use him to train all of youremployees! Read more
First time at Bojangles. Last week I took my mother in law to a doctor?s appointment in the area & she suggested we try it. I... split a sandwich with mom & got a sweet tea for myself. I can see why people order gallons of it. It?s delicious! I enjoyed theoriginal sandwich (it has a kick) definitely feel the spicy kick. The fries are seasoned and tasty! Mom is picky about her fries& she loved them. The only thing is?. I think there is a mayo sauce but it wasn?t evenly spread out. When I lifted up my bunthere was only a drop of the sauce or Mayo. Next time, I?ll mention it for sure. I told the young ladies at the drive up windowhow much I loved their attitudes. They were just smiling and happy. Would love to give a ZERO review rating! Where is the corporate management group who should clean house of ALL employees?... ....Stopped by yesterday with a friend. I have not eaten at a Bojangles in a long time. Went in about 1:30 not many customers.We were the only folks in need of ordering. Out of the bathroom came a male employee with his pants hanging down with hisunderwear out! Crazy. We were ready to order but no one helped us to take the order, so we turned and walked out! The musicplaying was rap music! I would hope that the corporate folks would step in and reply to the negative reviews on google. I onlygive factual reviews which are 100% CORRECT! Avoid this place!
