Please stop hiring people without ensuring that they are adequately trained to handle food and beverages safely! We dealt with a... rude lady on October 8th, 2022 late afternoon who was working both the cash register and preparing our beverages. Whilepreparing my tea, I noticed that her hands (which had just worked the til) were midway inside the cup that she was preparing topour my tea- she then proceeded to pour the hot water. I told her to switch cups as I had noticed her hands inside the firstcup. Instead of admitting to her mistake/ even apologizing, this lady got defensive and looked very annoyed. She demonstratedpoor customer service skills and a lack of accountability! I noticed that even after I got a new cup of tea she continued to dothe same thing I had informed her NOT to do! I won't call out her name, but she knows who she is. I also informed a differentstaff of the incident, but wouldn't be surprised if she spinned the narrative. I have visited this location for many years andthis is the worst experience I've had. Read more
The worst experience by far. The Representative at the drive-through window was ticked off just because I didn?t ask for the... receipt earlier. She further add ? you should have asked for receipt before, because we need to keep things under 30 seconds?with the added touch of attitude obviously:). Can't believe that they serve stale donuts. I ordered a plain donut in the Drive-Thru and it was stale and dry at least a day... old. I've been a loyal Tim Hortons customer since they opened and that's a first!! Read more
Good place It was crowded when I was there had to stay in line for some time byt the overall experience was good for me.
staff are very courteous and helpful at Davidson Tim Hortons. only problem is that there are some items u may have to inquire at... counter e. g jalapeno bagel hot sauce and if available they get it fresh from kitchen.. Read more
The food was good, except I ordered a garden salad and was given the Cesar dressing with it, when I went back to ask the manager... if I could have the balsamic he was a bit rude as if I was a bother to him and never said sorry for the mess up. Whateverminor. Another thing, 10/12 tables were DIRTY. For being 8:30pm on a Sunday night... they were not busy at all and still had adisaster eating area. Read more
An easy stop on the 11. The coffee and hot chocolate tasted as usual. Like every other Tim's. It's also attached to a... convenience shop and a DQ. As well as a gas station and A&W across the way. At the time of visit, the shop itself was a bit ofa mess. The tables were not wiped down and the floors were muddy from most likely all the melted snow being trekked in. Therewas about a 3person line up/wait. They do have a little fireplace setting you could sit and relax by with your coffee anddonuts. The restrooms were a mess. There was also no paper towels in the one I used. I had to resort to using the toilet paperto open the door handle to get out. The restrooms are single male/female use. If they were cleaned and properly stocked, itwould be better. It was just gross this time around. Read more
