My husband is from Missouri (we're newly weds, so hes only been here a little over a year) and he'd yet to find pizza he really... liked here in Pennsylvania. We tried here, just to see. Amazing crew (all lady boh and they ROCKED it!), fast, friendly, andprofessional service. Will definitely be back again ???? Edited to add: he absolutely LOVED the food, especially the pizza. Wegot a CBS wedgie, spicy ranch wings, a pizza and two mountain dew zeros. Everything was excellent! We live in westmont, so niceto find a place he loves not too far away. Read more
Ordered the big daddy pizza all extra cheese and half bacon the bacon half had NO EXTRA CHEESE and Very little BACON , even... extra cheese side was nothing like it should be NO EXTRA CHEESE the whole thing had very little sauce too. NOT WORTH THE MONEYNEVER AGIAN WILL I ORDER FROM YOU!!! Mike, I have called your store before with other problems and they blamed me the customerso why bother, Not just bad pizza not worth the money too!!!Also Mike things are not like you say they are. Used to be very good service and food. Food still pretty good but service going downhill. Deliverys taking forever anymore.... So far over an hour and counting today. Not good. Did not used to be this way.. Read more
I order from there often. I never had an employee unpleasant, I had the opposite. I usually have my order delivered, and the... delivery person is always considerate and usually funny. The fact that the owner keeps an eye on the ratings is definitely worth that final star. the initiative to see what can be done... to make the experience better is what makes Fox's pizza so great, they have some of the most original tasting pizza and are veryconsistant with the way pizza are made. my most recent visit was a walk in and I was impressed how quickly the staff worked I'dsay 15-20 min tops for my pizza. While I was waiting I noticed that the workers weighed and kept the ingredients all the same asto not mess with the taste of the pizza not to much sauce not to much cheese. I love how many different options they have at this location..but they hired new plp who are so rude and rush you on the phone... and end up messing up the order..I have yet to complain about it until now bc I was hoping they would change but it hasn't soplease change your customer service voice and take the time to hear the customers. We order from this location 4 times a week bcin our area the options are slim so please work on that! Read more
