This is fine dining that you'd be lucky to enjoy (and afford) even if only once per year. Besides being the best steakhouse... around, the seafood is outstanding (especially the raw bar sampler). Everything that was ordered, from cocktails to wine toappetizers to entrees (including specials of the eventing) to sides (especially the Brussels and bacon) was exquisite inpresentation and flavor. All the staff was top notch as well. Three at our table of four were celebrating birthdays within twoweeks, so we were more than happy for the opportunity to indulge in great food, drinks, service and company. A complimentarydessert to share and coffee topped off our memorable experience. Surprisingly, in a pleasant way, they had a live band thatperformed a wide variety of older popular classics. 5* Hands down great service But the 4* is for the food The octopus was a bit over cooked mushy The lobster bisque was more gravy... then a soup. The wagyu beef was on point cooked perfect the secret is to take that roasted clove of garlic! Squeeze it on thesteak truly an unfounded secret. Didn’t pay for the octopus but wasn’t expecting that. Everything my husband and I ordered was delicious. The charred octopus was amazing. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and the... lobster mac and cheese was amazing. The view of the fountain was a great addition to the amazing dinner. Ordered the wagyu beef which was absolutely worth it! The... lobster Mac and cheese was super cheesy. We had a reservation for 6, but arrived very early and were seated right away. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. I... needed to run back to our room, he said we had time before our food was ready. It came out just after I left. He offered to keepit warm. He made sure I was happy with the temperature and offered to warm it for me. My steak was delicious amd cookedperfectly as was my husbands. The sides are sharing size. Potatoes augratin were very good and plentiful. We did order anamazingly delicious chocolate cake for dessert. And our waiter brought my husband a small birthday dessert with a candle. Nice and pretty inside but super loud because of their live music. We had to scream at each other when we talk. The Steaks were... cooked perfectly and the sides were okay. Except my lobster mac and cheese was under cooked because the pasta was hard and chewyand not enough lobster so I sent it back and got cream of spinach. Service was good except that we had to pack our own food atthe end thought that was odd. Been to many fancy steak house and the servers alway pack the food for us. Good restaurant and atmosphere inside the Guitar Casino Hotel. They open at 5pm, best time to get sitted. They have a band... starting between 800 and 830pm. Food is really good quality but on the expensive side. The lobster bisque is one of the best.The T bone Mignon 16 Oz is probably your best choice if you are looking to share.
