Best DD building in Broward, but they can't keep it clean and they can't process orders fast enough. Get rid of workers in the... car line, doesn't help one bit. They have a sign saying operator of the year award. I really wanted to come here because they have an amazing back porch area.... Couldn't wait. It looks nice. Except the screen/roof is falling down and is tattered. They had two expediters which was great. Iordered a #1. I was asked what a number 1 is. Ok...they don't show the meals on the menu board. Non standard. I paid, eventuallydrove up. They are busy it is morning. I was told to pull up and wait so I did. I was later told I didn't pull up correctly andI should have pulled somewhere else. I told them to be specific next time. I pulled up to the waiting area. I opened my bagafter pulling off. The sandwich was poorly put together with the cheese and bun half way off. The cheese not melted. The sausagepatty was barely warm. The croissant was burned. I thought I ordered a meal but no tots. Probably my fault for not beingclear. This place is offering $800 sign on bonus. Don't know where all the workers are but they need to train or hire better. Read more
Joseph the Manager and his assistant manager are not well organized, both of them all they do is joke and they don?t provide a... great customer service experience. I was waiting for snaking bacon and a aguacatoe toast and I expressed to Joseph that I?vebeen waiting for over 5 minutes and his exact words where and I?m here speaking with you , I said to Joseph don?t speak to me inthat manner and he asked me if I wanted my money back. Joseph and his assistant manager are rude and disrespectful and neitherone of them care for there customers time and for the looks of it they don?t lead by example.Very poor service provided by theboth of them!!!!
