Dunkin is a donut shop. Selection is limited at times. The choices hardly change. There isn't much competition. There are some... food choices for breakfast and perhaps lunch. I hear the coffee is good (I don't drink coffee). I used to see discount couponsfor bulk donut purchases in our community, but not anymore. It's my go to place for donuts when in the mood. The place is iconiclike Krispy Kreme (but there isn't one in my neighborhood to compete with). So enjoy. Read more
I order the same coffee everyday at various Dunkin' donuts. It's fairly simple because I list exactly what I want in the coffee.... It comes out correct every single time except at this Dunkin' donuts. Sometimes there is so much sugar, sometimes they usecream instead of skim milk. Other times too much hazelnut and then not enough. It's really frustrating. I never learn my lessonand continue to order from here but most of the time I throw my coffee away. I'm done Read more
Very bright, organized and clean DD. However, the service is terrible!!! I ordered ahead with app and when I arrived 10 minutes... later my order wasn?t complete. Only coffee was waiting?then a few minutes later the hashbrowns. I gave them a few more minutesthinking the attendant was going to bring donut and it didn?t happen. I had to call an older lady over to ask her about mydonut. She went to go get it, and while doing so called back out to me to ask which donut after I had already told her.Incredible. The worst part is that there were three other people waiting and one gentlemen very kindly had sent his iced coffeeback three times because the other lady couldn?t prepare correctly. I?ve been to this DD various times and service wasn?t greatbut tolerable. This time I had to write a negative review because I couldn?t believe how bad the service was. I returned thenext day just to see if they were just having a bad day, but no, service was terrible again. The worse DD I have ever been too. We went at 7:25 pm (they close at 8 pm). We were told they were closing. I asked if they were... closed or closing? She repeated we are closing. But you close at 8, I said. They did not have coffee and 3/4 of the donuts werein the garbage. Read more
I come here most days before work. Normal quality is 4/5, but on the odd days that their manager is there all that goes out the... window. Tbh their usual morning team runs the place pretty well. Read more

The servers in this place are rude and not helpful. I needed help getting iced almond coffee, something I ordered there before... and the lady didn?t even try helping me. She was on her phone shopping, while she?s getting orders from customers. She just saidno to every single menu item I asked. Why do you even have a business if you don?t want to sell food? First of all their donutstaste bad, shipleys is soooo much better and the only reason I stopped over is because it was convenient. Never going back tothis place again.
