I absolutely love Flanigan's one of my favorite restaurants to eat at with friends and family. I have eaten at this Flanagan at... least 8 to 10 times for sure, unfortunately the last week when we order the food our 10 pcs wings were not to standard but wecalled the manager on the phone and gave our complaint He took note apologize for the inconvenience and gave us a credit for the10 wings that were not to standard, everything else was great. So I called earlier today spoke to a manager explained everythingand she confirmed our credit.so I added a order of fries and got it to go???????. Man I love Flanigan's food it is alwaysdelicious and always hot never disappointing I asked them to get my wings extra wet and I wanted it with the original Flanigan'sbarbecue that they have at the table ????... it was so good and the fries you can tell our homemade curly cut fries delicious...thank you friend again for the delicious food. Over priced and ridiculous small portions. We ordered a pasta salad and this is what we received. The manager said ?that?s what... we give? and could not care less. We will not be a customer any longer. Horrible portions, horrible customer service, one starfor the small portion, one star for the managers customer service and one star for quality. Read more

Went for a drink during lunch time. The service was great. The bartender made sure we were well taken care of.

Usually pretty quick to get order. Food is hit and miss. Sometimes good and sometimes not so much. Service is mediocre. The bar... is split from inside and outside. So, bartenders have to go back and forth. Not a good setup for service. Read more

Angelica, change job as you do not want to take of customers that come in after work to unwind and relax!When asked a question... give answer that makes sense you run customers off I watch it again tonight.I been coming to Flanigan?s since the 1960s . They were cheerfully decorated for the holidays. Their food is always consistent. I enjoy the clam chowder because it is thick... and creamy and has clams in it. Their pasta salad is also another one of my go-to dishes. Recently tried their brownie dessert,which looked prettier than it tasted. I'd say skip it. Read more

We always love the Rockin Rib Rolls! The brisket was tender and delicious as was my steak. One of our favorite places.
