I go through the drive-thru and essentially it's not bad but they definitely do not have enough people who are trained at the... same level of competency I don't know if they're transferring people from one store to another. So the coffee can end up coldeven though you ask for hot coffee if they can delay on taking orders from both drive-thru spots sometimes they block off thedrive-thrus on one side and I can't understand that especially if it's a busy day many of the people who work there that I'vemet are very pleasant and yes they will do what they can't to fix an issue but the whole McDonald's mission statement in generalis that you guys get it right the first time Starbucks may not get it right the first time but McDonald's does Read more
Got in line behind one car at 5:05 a.m. that was at the drive thru speaker this morning and waited for 10 minutes and neither of... us moved and the car in front of me still didn't get to place an order. Last week they couldn't ring up a sausage mcmuffinbundle because they didn't have the computer up for that yet. The 5th day of the Cactus Happy Meal and yet they don't have the full promotion, they're out of the boxes. They jacked the... prices up for this so I expect to get the full promotion. I don't know who is managing these South Florida McDonald's but you'redoing a terrible job. This is the 5th McDonald's I've left in search of this promotion in 2 days without spending a dollarbecause you don't have your stuff together. By far, the friendliest McDonald's I have ever been to. The young lady at the counter, looks really new but very professional, ... was ver patient as my daugcoukd not decide . She took our order and got our food faster than ever. She is an asset and hope hermanagers know and value that. This location is the absolute WORST with getting your order correct. It's wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. How do you forget entire... items and waste my time? It literally says it on your monitors while you pack the food. And on the receipt. Not a single soul inthere double checks ANYTHING. CHECK YOUR BAGS EVERY TIME YOU VISIT. THEY'RE NEVER CORRECT.
