I ordered sirloin steak and broccoli ????. The food was fresh and hot. I received white glove treatment, Melanie was the best,... came by my table to check on me and she had my refills without having to ask. Outback Steakhouse is lucky to have her. I have been either dinning in or taking out from outback for years. Never a bad meal until today. Ordered the salmon and was... half the size we had ordered in the past, ordered a Cesar salad and we received the root hard and bottom portion of the lettucevery bitter. We ordered a side of fried with 2 meals and received 7 fries on one and 10 on the other, some fries were hard likepotato chips. For the prices they are charging now I expected better quality. And I do not want the usual reply, all they do ishit the reply button and it is all the same. No management I guess, noone from Corp or the restaurant is reading these reviews.Mostly for other potential gust to stay away from this place until it gets better. Spent $70 on a McDonald's meal. Came here expecting to have the $10 steak special only to find out it was discontinued. What a bummer, but my party and I still... decided to make the most out of it. So we started with the bread and the creamy butter, which was very delicious. I hadordered the NY Strip, with the rice and the salad everything was cooked to perfection! We went today for lunch, main courses were pretty good, although my salad was served with an about to expire lettuce. Dessert... was terrible! We ordered a chocolate fondue , first waitress that seem to be in a hurry to get paid got the order wrong, gotupset because I asked her to bring what we had ordered but top of disappointment was the fruit. Strawberries were rotten and thechocolate from the fondue was far from from acceptable. You need to do better Read more
