I hate to have to even review this store. I have been going to this specific smoothie king 2-3 times a week for 6 months as I?ve... been recovering from an eating disorder. The revolving staff have always been wonderful and efficient; Jamal is the only one Ican name at this time though I haven?t seen him recently. The last two times I?ve gone, including today, my order has beendelayed, to the point of customers who ordered after me mentioned how odd it was. The staff is nice but I no longer feelappreciated, and this place is no longer something I look forward to. The first time this happened I was given a coupon, whichsince I earn rewards by my many visits and referrals, doesn?t leave the effect they are hoping for. This last time, nothinghappened.
