Alis energy was super cheerful and friendly he quickly attended me and his pace was impressive especially because he was working... by himself. Used to be my favorite smoothie place for years and years but lately it?s been the worst, everyday I... would order a smoothie for myself Recently I went there on 8 different occasions due system being down and paying with cash, Inever received any reward points so I began ordering on the app to get my points. Only good thing about this place is the workerAli, he?s always a breath of fresh air(always very cheerful and makes great recommendations). After giving this place many manytries, I gave up and started going out of my way to the Cooper City location instead; best decision(smoothies there areawesome). I hate to have to even review this store. I have been going to this specific smoothie king 2-3 times a week for 6 months as I?ve... been recovering from an eating disorder. The revolving staff have always been wonderful and efficient; Jamal is the only one Ican name at this time though I haven?t seen him recently. The last two times I?ve gone, including today, my order has beendelayed, to the point of customers who ordered after me mentioned how odd it was. The staff is nice but I no longer feelappreciated, and this place is no longer something I look forward to. The first time this happened I was given a coupon, whichsince I earn rewards by my many visits and referrals, doesn?t leave the effect they are hoping for. This last time, nothinghappened.
