this location will usually take more than an hour and a half to deliver the pizzas, they're rarely hot, and anything more... complicated than a pepperoni will almost always have something missing. It's also impossible to contact. Order from somewhereelse. Read more
The pizza was perfect, still very hot and the delivery person called me to let me know the contactless delivery had been made.... We have had fast and excellent pizzas pretty much every time we have ordered. Five stars. Read more
This store has seriously gone downhill. Deliveries take multiple hours, pickup orders take at least double the quoted times.... There?s no point ordering here as I could make a dough from scratch and make a pizza myself quicker than a delivery would taketo get to me. I don?t know how the franchise owner doesn?t appropriately staff their restaurant, I have no idea. It?s not fairto the staff, or the customers who are forced to use this location instead of the other Davis location. Don?t waste your time.Take a pass on ordering from this location. Read more
This place used to be one of the better (and cheaper) pizza options in Davis. But the past several months have seen the quality... severely decline. Ordered a pizza at 7:45pm today and there was no updates for 2 and a half hours. I ordered online using a free pizza coupon I had gotten from previous poor service. 45 minutes go by and the tracker hasn't... moved from "Prep", so I call the store. No answer, and a robot advertises to me for 5 minutes. I got fed up and went to thestorefront. One employee said that my order was about ready and should be on the shelf any minute, so I waited. A few minuteslater, someone came up to the register and told me that my order has been refunded and that I should see the money back in myaccount within 2 business days. I didn't ask for a cancellation or refund. I just wanted the pizza I ordered an hour ago. Thiswas a waste of my time, and I have no intention of ordering from this Domino's again. I ordered twice last week online and it got cancelled twice. they wouldn't even pick up the phone to explain why. When I try to... call the store today to check if they're delivering, they won't even pick up the phone. Just order from a local spot instead fora few extra bucks and save yourself the headache of trying to order with dominos. rotten experience all around for a simplehungry fella. Read more
