The food is usually great with creative seasonal specials. The service is always spotty. Like waiting while people who came in... 10 minutes after you ordered get served, and then they bring half the table's entrees and the remaining show up 10 minutes later- for tacos. Go figure. Read more

I have been going here for many years now and have been seeing a downtrend in quality of food and service recently. This last... experience had us waiting for a very long time for a to-go order while watching other guests come in after and get their foodfirst. Once we got the order we left and by the time we got home realized that they had completely forgotten the Guacamole thatwe ordered. $14 Side Salad??? 20-year patron of Dos, and unfortunately they've moved to serving the smallest portions of all the good... Davis Mexican faire. Their specials offer a multi-grains salad with choice of protein for $14. Dos salads of yesterday usedto be healthy portions of all ingredients including a full serving of protein in the large to-go container - plenty for even 2people. The 'special salad' of today will a few tablespoons of grains, mostly filler salad, and a few chunks of chicken in thesmall round to-go plastic. I liked this visit this time. Got to dine in. Previous experience wasn't the greatest. Wish they had more ensalada choices but... went with the ceaser chicken salad. Hopefully they will have other options in the weeks to come. The size of the ensalada wasgood size. Read more
Food here is good but not mind blowing. If you keep that in mind, the place is great. I like the burritos, which are big and... tasty. The green sauce is my favorite, especially with chips. This is one of our go to places when we don?t want to cook. So, itis recommended. Read more
