DO NOT GO HERE!!! Blatant racism by the staff. I visited the place to pick up an order on September 21, Wednesday on a morning... around lunch time. I have never experienced being bad mouthed by an employee while I was standing in front of her. Maybe shethought me and my mother couldn't understand her because we were Asian, but when we went up to the counter to order she veryvisibly rolled her eyes, let out a loud sigh and turned back to her coworkers to badmouth me while I was standing RIGHT in frontof her. When it was the White customers behind us time to order, she did a 180 and greeted them very friendily. We did not doanything to that woman, we just wanted to get our food but we were mistreated and seen as a bother for the simple fact of ourrace. This sort of behaviour is unacceptable, and it's disgraceful that Noah's bagel promotes it. We will never be going backto this place again, and I encourage everyone who is a Minority to not support this disgusting business. If you actually care,PLEASE do something about that blatantly racist staff. It does not leave a good image on your brand, and more people WILL comeout about it. Read more

Made a Door Dash order for breakfast at 10:30 today, they kept the Dasher waiting until breakfast hours were over. They wasted... his time and mine, and I?ll never (try) to spend another dime at Noah?s. Read more

This place always seems to be be operating extremely slow, and consistently giving out improper orders. The issues aren?t the... staffs fault, as they are often scrambling to find out the best solutions to their crazy restaurants system. Instead Noah?sBagel should seek to get new ownership and management Read more

The bagel quality is probably the best in town. However, I rarely go to Noah's because the wait is also so long. I know to look... at the order screens (the ones the workers use to keep track of orders) as soon as I walk in to check how many red orders are inthe queue. I will only wait if I see zero red orders on the screen. Even then, it can take 20 minutes to get a toasted bagelwith spread. I've had to leave without my bagel before to make it to meetings on time even though I came in with plenty of timeto spare. The workers are sometimes rude, but more recently, they have seemed more clueless than rude. When I went in lastweek, the lady working the register was bouncing back and forth between slicing bagels and touching the register. All with thesame gloves. Handling money and food at the same time is just plain gross. I think they're trying their best, but there is noorganization or management. Everyone is just scrambling. This isn't a short-staffing or COVID problem because this location hasALWAYS been slow. I honestly don't know how they stay open. Read more

Dining room is closed with no explanation as to why! I highly recommend The Posh Bagel instead at 206 F St, Davis, CA 95616.

Best bagel sandwiches around! There's a bit longer of a wait, especially if you go where they're busy, but it's well worth it. I... feel they've improved on wait times and customer service overall in the past couple of months. Read more

The bagels are good but that is entirely outweighed by the egregiously rude and incompetent service. They gave my food to the... wrong person and when I asked them to make it again for me they refused until I asked to talk to a manager. The manager saidthey would make it and then left me waiting for 30 minutes until I just gave up and left. Suffice it to say I did not feelvalued as a customer. Maybe they are going for the authentic New York Deli Experience but if that is the case I think they overshot it in terms of awful service. Read more

The food is great , the service is friendly and there is a comfortable outdoor seating area to eat. The only gripe I have is... that the bagels aren?t cut in half 100% through the bagel. If I don?t have a knife , My hands typically get filthy trying totake the two parts apart . Otherwise, great spot! Read more
