Okay, where to start. First, if you are dining here with a party of two let them know ahead of time you don't want one of their... tables that only seats two people. It's such a long table that you literally can't hear your date from that far awayrespectable over the noise of the restaurant. They have 901,832 different wines (or so it seemed) and not a single sweetwine. The indoor seating was pretty busy, the outdoor seating not so much. It was 100° F the day we went. Them being busy ishopefully why the service took forever. We waited a good amount of time for our food to come out, then for our dessert order tobe taken. Our server was pretty awesome though! Finally, not so much the restaurants fault but the singular fly that keptlanding on my food was definitely driving me crazy the whole night. Food was excellent though. All in all I was underwhelmed. Outstanding service and delicious food and wine! What really was interesting to me was the cheff complimentary snack. It was... wisely pick and made. I know it doesn't cost the restaurant much. However, if workng many years in food industry thought me onething is that if you want to stand out you should make your guests feel special! Keep up the greatness Fasulo! Read more
Just want to highlight that the service here is PHENOMENAL! One of the best service I have ever had! Our waitress was very... knowledgeable about the menu and was so accommodating. She also had us laughing with her sense of humor! The food was also sodelicious. The whole ambience here brought me back to Italy! They excelled in every aspect! My family had a wonderful meal in Osteria Fasulo. My husband had the quail and I had the gnocchi with truffle sauce, excellent.... The service was attentive and sincere. This is a restaurant that must be enjoyed! Read more
The atmosphere of this place is nice, with several outdoor tables surrounded by string lights. The service is also always great.... The food, though, is what I'm rating here. For such an expensive menu I always expect more flavor, however we've always left alittle disappointed. On our most recent trip, I ventured out of my comfort zone and got the squid ink ravioli. Ravioli isprobably my favorite pasta, but the texture and flavor of this one was off. It felt like it had been taken out of the freezerand not cooked quite enough -- a few of the squares weren't even separated fully. The whole fried softshell crab was interestingbut definitely not for me (though that's a personal opinion and not factored into the review). There wasn't anything wrong withthe food, but there also isn't really anything particularly special about it? Not quite worth the price to justify becoming aregular but the seating area is nice for a special occasion. Read more
