I love Paesano's. I wish the prices were a bit more affordable - I'd go much more often - but despite that, it's still my... favorite spot for a special treat. Great for dates, groups, and solo dining. The atmosphere and music are lovely; servers arefriendly, professional, knowledgeable, and know how to read the room (they politely leave me alone when I am working or reading, but are available when I need them); and the food is always very good. I'd love to see more veggie-centric dishes on the menu, but I'm not complaining. Everything they do offer is consistently well-flavored and perfectly prepared. If you want a yummyCalifornian take on classic Italian dishes, with a lovely atmosphere and great service, this is the place to go. Pro tip: ifyou enjoy spicy things, ask for a side of the habanero pesto (I recommend having it alongside the fried ravioli appetizer). It'slike 50¢ and quite tasty. I will forever mourn their pizza menu, however. A few years ago, they slashed it to maybe 1/2 or 1/3the options it used to have. Their crust is very, very good, and if you are intrigued by a pizza you should go ahead and try it.But since they eliminated some of their best topping combos, I personally don't bother with their pizza anymore. It's a pity. Read more

Birthday Dinner for my husband and he was hungry for Italian food. It was a first time visit for us. The food was great and the... prices reasonable for portions. My only negative reaction was the level of noise in the restaurant. Two out of the four of ususe hearing aids so the background noise was problematic. Next time we will go earlier in the day to determine if the noiselevel is less Read more

The food was absolutely amazing! I had the raspberry limeade mocktail, fried ravioli and spaghetti carbonara. My friend also... ordered the Margherita pizza and loved it. The service was a little slow, but they told us ahead of time that they were busy. Itwas quiet and the servers were friendly. Read more

We ordered online and picked up. We arrived only to find that our order was not started 35 minutes after ordering. We were given... two $5 gift certificates for our delay, only to get home to find that 1 of our 6 dishes, the Pork Fusilli wasn’t in the bag.We noticed right at 9 and they were closed/didn’t answer the phone. Money wasted! Nonetheless, the Fried Ravioli was amazing! Read more

This is absolutely a hidden gem. Be adventurous with the menu here and you will not regret it. I never write reviews for... restaurants, but this one was good enough to compel me to write one. I came here and ordered the special, which wassurprisingly enough, Watermelon Pizza. Which sounds like it would be an awful gimmick dish. But I promise you, this is thesingle best pizza i have ever had. Whoever invented this clearly knows what they're doing, the saucs the texture, the herbs, the choice of cheese, all of it is deliberate, and it balances out so well, creating something thats unlike anything you'vetried before. I expect this level of skill from a much more expensive restaurant, yet the prices are more than reasonable forwhat it offers. My highest compliments to the chef. To top it off, their menu has excellent typography, and the staff is verygracious. Really the only thing I can put against this place is the venue, name, and the location. I would go out of my way togo here. 10/10 Read more
