MD?s Sports Tavern & Grill is a local restaurant that has American-fare type food and is situated on State Road near Potter Road... in Davison. The food is okay, but a little overpriced in my opinion. It has an open type atmosphere in the restaurant. Thenoise level is high so, for me, it?s always hard to hear my companions. It isn?t my first choice in terms of restaurants andsadly, I always forget going here. It?s such a shame because it is so close to home. August 28, 2022: We ate here again andthe food continues to be mediocre. I ordered the black bean burger and fries and the burger and fries were cold. My sonordered the classic burger and he said the burger was ok and the fries were cold. My Mom?s shrimp was ok but she said she isn?tsure why everyone raves about the Mac and cheese, because she thought it was terrible. This is one of the best restaurants me and my family has ever been too!! My dad got the wings and he said they are the best he... has ever had and we also got the mac & cheese which is baked and it is also one of the best we?ve ever had. This place isamazing so if you live near here then I would definitely recommend going there for a bite to eat. Read more
I?ve been to MDs twice while camping in Davison, MI. The food has been delish and the service also has been great. Both times... we were seated promptly. Last time we split the ribs and brisket. We couldn?t decide which was better because they both wereamazing!!! I definitely recommend MDs and will be back again while camping in the area! Read more

It has been SO long since my Husband & I have found amazing and great quality food. Well look no more because this place is it!... MD?s was an establishment where we continuously suprised each time we ordered something. We started off with the mac and cheesebites as well as the pulled pork nachos. The mac and cheese bites were good but the pulled pork nachos were the best nachos wehave EVER had. The pulled pork was smoked and so great. They came with sour cream and salsa to top them off and the salsa washomemade and put any mexican restaraunts salsa?s to shame! I couldn?t believe it, such a fantastic recipe. Then I ordered aribeye cooked medium and I have never had a better steak from anywhere. So juicy and cooked to percection. My Husband got thedry rub ribs which is how it comes (they put their bbq sauces on the side which are also homemade and phenomenal!) my Husband isa big time rib guy and cannot find good ribs anywhere. At MD?s they smelled SO good and were smoked to perfection also. Theywere super tasty and juicy and fell right off of the bone. They weren?t dry and lacking meat, quite the opposite actually. Eachmain dish came with moist and delicious cornbread! We each got 2 sides of their yummy mac and cheese and our 5 year old daughtergot mac & cheese with a side of fries. She loved her meal as well as ours (she tried all of our stuff too!) The only thing wedidn?t like was the red velvet cake but no biggie, it was ordered and not made. It?s very clear that this establishment knowsgood food. My husband & I will be making the 20 minute drive back whenever we want good food. Tomato jalapeño soup was great! Stromboli was great, rigatoni alfredo was absolutely delicious and the chicken strips and beer... battered onion rings were also delicious! Would definitely recommend to anyone. And very fast service!! Read more
