9/10 the chicken sandwhiches you get for your order are old, dry and disgusting. The staff is rude. After a cashier created... confusion at the window with orders the manager came up and rudely interigated me on my order. She rolled her eyes at me andsnatched my money out of my hands so fast and violent that she dropped all of my change on the ground. I immediatly cancelled myorder. I won't be back. It's bare minimum customer service to be friendly. Your un-trained staff is not my problem and managmentshould display leadership qualities, not attitude. I'd give negative stars if I could. On sept 7th at 9:15am i call seeing how i have a day off and my little girl wants to eat there and we are waiting outside. Lady... finally answers and has an attitude saying opens at 9 but only 1 here and can't run both. Bs i have worked fast food and 1st offthere is no way you are only 1 so don't lie and i have done both short handed so isn't my problem. Waited over 10 minutes at the counter while 1 person, ran the cash register and prepared orders. Got my order and my fries were... only half filled and were cold. I've had 2 bad experiences at this Wendy's and I won't be going back for a third. Read more
Line was not to long but the wait was. Fries were cold and soggy , chicken nuggets were ok but the burger was the worst. 10... bucks for a meal and it was so bad I won't be back. Not only did they put scraps on it , there was a huge blob of mayo under itall. Read more

Place a very simple order for a baconator, small fry and small water. Get to window to be told I will have to wait. They don't... have any patties cooked. Doesn't bother me though. I pull up and wait about 10 minutes. But they hand me a bag and tell me its abaconator and small fry. Not a baconator at all. Mayo all over the inside of the wrapper and bun. Pickles and onions all overthe inside of the wrapper. Couldn't even get the thing out without having your hands covered in mayo. Both the wait and wrongfood has happened quite a bit at this location for me. I would steer clear and if you are craving Wendys... Go to a differentone. Read more
