The service inside is ridiculous. I was there two days in a row and no one was on the front window. The manager was fixing... burgers both times, another lady was waiting on the drive through. Me and another customer thought that we must have beeninvisible since we were being ignored. I bought 2 apple turnovers that had been refried and wrapped in a burger paper that itwas stuck to. I asked for my steak egg biscuits and hash round to be hot and fresh. Because my last visit was not so good either. I redeemed a... bogo coupon. I shared this with order taker and she assured me it would be hot and fresh. They even pulled me up and had me towait on hard biscuits and grease filled tots. Read more
Excellent food and service. Clean environment and friendly staff. The uncle tom manager needs emotional adjustment. Leadership... is more than title. Small town of Dawson GA should be in the business of helping each other and appreciate blessings. The Friscoby far the most superior sandwich breakfast or dinner. Thanks Hardee's. Read more
Don't go if you have somewhere to be. Such slow service that we almost drove away after already paying. No one in front of us or... behind us. I went in to ask if they forgot us. Nope. Went for lunch and pulled into drive through and set there for a few minutes and no one ever took my order. I pulled up to... window and could see two women inside but neither one ever tried to help or take my order. I?m very disappointed in the customerservice at this location it?s really gone down hill. Was disappointed. Was told they serve breakfast till 11:00. We got there at 10:55 and there was an incredibly limited selection... and I felt like any sandwich we would have picked would have been very old so we decided to skip it and go elsewhere. When Igot there I did have to interrupt employees having a conversation to even start to get my order taken. Didn't really seem likethat the employees were interested in working so again we went elsewhere. Read more
