I don't usually eat here unless it's for breakfast. But I like the coffee here, and I skipped my morning cup-o-joe, so I... stopped for a coffee. When it comes to fast-food joint coffee, McD's is near the top of my list. Although there are twodrive-thru lanes here, this one usually has a shopping cart blocking the outer lane. Well even though it was busy (beginning oflunch hour traffic), they had the shopping cart in the lane this time too. It really slows things down, I think. But I gotthrough alright, and got my coffee. I stopped here while traveling Person at drive thru speaker sounded a bit rude. Told me they didn?t have sprite so I asked what... drinks they had and she repeated again that they don?t have any sprite. I repeated myself and asked well what drinks do youhave..finally said what drinks. Idk if they thought I was trying to be funny when I asked if they had sweet tea (because shedidn?t mention it). The person who gave me my food was acting a bit weird come to find out they made my sandwich and just didn?tput the meat on it. We didn't get what we ordered, lady took forever to take our money and even got up and went to the back before coming back to do... so. I was confused because everyone else that was in line sped right through. Drive through was more like a park through. It wasinsane. Sucked. Read more
We are traveling thru, and stopped inside for a quick bite to eat. However, workers refused to wait on us at the counter. We... waited for awhile, while several workers just worked on orders they the drive thru. Poor customer service at the finest. Wewill take our business on down the road. Read more
1 star is generous. I stopped here to buy some chicken nuggets and use the restroom. When I got in the restroom there was pee... all over the floor and toilet and the doors wouldn?t lock. I was grossed out but my husband had already ordered so I waited withhim. After 5 minutes I watched the person making the food touch all of the food without any gloves and throw trash on theground. After both the ladies in front of us requested a refund I watched as the manager cussed at the employees and the ladies.I took a picture to show the lady who was never wearing gloves and you can see the French fries she left on the ground. This is honestly the best McDonald's from Valdosta to Atlanta...why-because they are consistently fresh. I have taken that route... often over the years and 9/10 my order will be A1. Now today, my fries were kinda hard, but my soda fresh, pickles/bacon etcfresh and the cheese was melted. I read other comments like they slow or rude. I have never experiened rudeness. This not evenmy normal order and I was still satisfied. I expect them to be a bit slower because I receive fresh food and can imagine theymaybe short staffed. I think you have to ask for napkins, because oddly we didn't get either???????????. I would stillrecommend! Read more

25 minutes in the drive through is too long. These kids need to step it up or not even come to work.
