Soo I have ate a few KFC branches in my day this by far the worst, sadly we all come here to leave consumer reviews but... corporate enterprise like this , gets absolutely nothing done, only thing these reviews do is to help our fellow neighbour outby saying don?t eat here ???? , But again unfortunately I didn?t read any reviews before eating here. It?s franchise so I assumeok it?s KFC secret recipe will guess what .. someone forgot to give these guys the recipe this is not the Colonel recipe.Chicken disgusting fries garbage gravy I?m not sure what was. The Colonel Sanders must be turn in his grave over how bad the food is at this location. Had a four piece chicken dinner with... poutine upgrade. Poutine fries we under cooked and pasty. The chicken was very greasy and had strong burnt greaseflavour. Ate about a quarter of the poutine and 2 pieces of the chicken. I started to feel nauseas ???? and threw out therest. Never again. Ordered online for delivery. What a joke. Took my money. Lost my order. The restaurant knew nothing about my order. Customer... service was an even bigger joke. Patched me through to a dead end line. Musta been their way of hanging up on me. 1hr 45 fromorder till I went and picked my food up myself....and that was after I had to wait for the restaurant to try to find the orderstill. Asked for extra tomatoes in my twister - got no tomatoes. Asked for my receipt - was told it was in the bag - no receipt was in... the bag. Asked for 6 honey mustard dips - got 3. Fries were cold. Gravy is tasteless / pretty disappointing for paying $55 fortwo twisters, one gravy and a large popcorn chicken?. Tried to call so I could at least get my receipt and maybe an explanationof why my order was missing things - no answer. Read more
