As a Dawsonville local born and raised, I remember when Osaka first opened. Food is alright, sushi is spectacular, but what... really rubs me wrong is that the credit card tips are not given to your server, the restaurant steals them. DO NOT EAT HERE! Orif you do, give your server cash as a tip. And look at your receipts before paying, because for example if you're getting a kidsmeal, they may try and charge an extra 7$ for a protein when the kids menu says chicken OR steak noodles or rice for 7.99. Ithas always been this way. I know times are tough, but not giving your staff the money they worked for and scamming people tryingto go out to eat is NOT gorgeous! Read more

Long wait for no reason. Rice and yum yum sauce was bland and the rice had corn in it. Filet was REALLY good though. Salad was... good even though it was bagged with no extras. This family-oriented restaurant is set in a comfortable setting. Hibachi chefs prepare food at tableside For Your Entertainment... and dining pleasure. Also accompanied by a large sushi bar. Great selection of wines and assorted beverages including hot sake.Prices are very reasonable and affordable. If you live in the area, definitely check it out.
