Whomever you have working the drive through currently should not be in customer service. I went to place my order and the person... I was speaking with at the intercom was very polite. You were, yet again, out of something I was ordering and I opted to choosesomething else. I even upgraded from a bowl to a plate because I wasn't sure what else I wanted. While at intercom I was given atotal of $12.09, however, when I got to the window I was given a new total of $13 something. When I questioned this the girl atthe window (not the girl who took my order) gave me an ugly questioning look. She simply said that "she" forgot to add theupcharge on the Honey Walnut Shrimp. I expressed to her that I had to make a different choice because you were out of my firstchoice and could she please honor the price I was given at the time the order was placed (all of one minute ago) and again, shegave me a dirty look. She was unwilling to even ask her manager if this could be done and rudely stated that she couldn't dothat. So I drove off and took my business elsewhere. Not only were you out of what I originally ordered but YOU made a mistakeon my total and expected me as a customer to pay for it? That is very poor customer service and I will not return. Read more
Underwhelming... I'll preface this by saying they were understaffed (3 employees at dinner time). But the food just didn't seem... fresh, chicken wasn't very saucy, noodles were dried out, bits of rice were overcooked. :-( Not sure what happened to theirportion sizes, but I ordered a "Bowl" and it looked like a kids meal. I really like that they have the Beyond Orange Chicken -definitely worth a try, but next time I'll try it at a different location. Veggie egg roll & cream cheese rangoon were tasty. Read more
Bought a fountain drink with my meal. The coke clearly tasted off and undrinkable (I've bought a coke fountain drink at other... Panda Express locations and had no issue with taste). I let one of staff know, but nothing was done about it. I asked thecashier about it, he said other people complained about it, but that's how it tastes like. So, asked for a new cup because thecurrent cup smelled bad and still stayed after rinsing the cup with water. Got a new cup and tried the Fanta, slight tastebetter, but clearly the taste was kinda off. Ended up not drinking anything, since clearly they weren't going to do anythingabout it. Probably best to avoid the fountain drink at this location and get a bottled drink instead. Read more
Placed order on the app at 7:55pm for pickup at the Dawsonville location, said it would be ready at 8:10pm. 8:08pm?Jake on the... front line tells me it?ll be 6 minutes, they?re out of orange chicken. 8:15pm?they have chicken now but no fried rice. Jakeoffers me double chicken. 8:21pm?they have the rice but are now out of chicken AGAIN. ?It?ll be 5 minutes?. A manager (I assume)comes from the back and drops a bag of chicken. At no time did anyone other than Jake say one word to me?no apologizing for thedelay, no offer to discount the meal, nothing. Totally ignored. Finally at 8:38pm I got my order. 15 minutes waiting time, just the get to order. A bowl with one side and rice. $8,50 not bad. The chicken was amazing! But wait?... what?s up with the undercooked rice? Hard as it can be.. and undercooked green beans :( can?t come back for my work lunch brakefor sure? Read more
Good variety of American Chinese Food. We enjoyed our steamed rice, fried noodles, ?kung Pao? chicken, sweet and sour shrimps,... and beef with broccoli. Affordable: Tasty and delicious. Read more
If you're not getting Orange chicken and fried rice, you might run into a problem. They start closing down an hour to 90 minutes... before their listed closing. This means they'll stop making food and your options will likely be orange chicken and fried rice.Have had similar issues before and other problems. Staff are nice, but the product is underwhelming unless you get the basics. Read more
