Food is normally wrong when coming through the drive thru. Sandwiches are thrown together and the chicken pieces are normally... cold in the middle. Run by younger people in the mornings who don't seem to know what they are doing. I love Panera but I wontbe coming to this location again. Read more
Eggs are not fresh, it's 10:50am breakfast or lunch. Menu read breakfast, OK. Ordered a Sausage, over easy Egg & Cheese on... Brioche as was posted. The first question back was, "How do you want that?" Huh. I was told there are all kinds because thereare different breads and stuff. OK, Brioche. I pay, have a seat and the guy comes over to apologize. "We are out of 'over easyeggs, is scrambled OK?'". Are they out of eggs? Has the egg cracker gone home for the day? I had the scrambled. It was a whippedegg or instant or whatever, cooked in a round shape. That was really sad. Was not that good. At that point I realized a SausageEgg McMuffin would have been better. Live and learn. I came here at 7am and wasn?t acknowledged until I said hi to the girl working. We proceed to order our food and get coffees.... There were no creamers out by the coffee and we had to let them know and wait for them. I ordered a bagel bread sliced (iykyk).At no time was I told they can?t do that. And i wouldn?t have ordered the bagel had they told me that when I ordered. When wego to the window to pick it up I mention my bagel isn?t bread sliced. They told me they can only slice bread in their breadslicer. Which, St. Louis Bread Co. (aka Panera) started the bread sliced bagel so not only is that wrong but it?s incrediblyinconsistent. I?ve never been to one where they can?t unless it?s been super busy (which is totally understandable), however wewere the only ones there. And we?re talking across multiple locations in multiple states. Apparently this is the only one thatcan?t (or won?t?). Panera should strive for a consistent experience across their stores and this one wasn?t it. Do better. Read more
It was my first time getting the scrambled egg sandwich and strawberry mint lemonade. It was really good, I will definitely be... making a return trip????. Service took a little longer than I expected but the staff in the drive thru was super friendly andhad a great smile Read more
I have to say this location has really stepped up thier game! My Greek grain bowl & chicken sandwich were awesome, fresh & done... quickly by the most polite employee Mel! Made my Monday lunch rut so much better. Read more

I am so disappointed with this Panera location. The past few times I have visited, I have left with the incorrect order or half... warm/half cold food. I tried to give this location another chance today and figured you can't mess up a smoothie. After drinkingmost of the smoothie, I realized there was some sort of paper (maybe a napkin?) blended into the drink. This is disgusting! Read more
Great experience. Very close to premium outlets. I ordered chicken wild rice soup, chipotle chicken with nala almond, margarita... flat bread, tomato soup and cesar salad. Everything was fresh and tastes delicious. I would recommend this place. Read more
