This location should actually be shut down until they can get proper management! Still can't believe how unprofessional and rude... the entire staff is here. They clearly do not want to work but still collect a paycheck. They keep their phones off on purposeso you cant speak to anyone about anything! We will never go back to this location. Already reported this location for nothaving hours posted on the doors or windows anywhere for customers to see and lobby was closed during open business hours(posted on google) with no explanation for customers. SEVERAL people tried to go in and not one single employee came to the doorto explain why it was locked. They simply did not care. A simple note on the door would have been fine but nope. Even though the lobby was closed this morning due to employee shortage. The mgr opened the door for me knowing I was a truck... driver. So I was able to get my order. I thank her for understanding that us truck drivers can't just get anywhere because ofthe size of our trucks. Read more
Definitely not a positive visit. First the sign says drive through closed at 10. Got there at 9:30pm and wasn't sure if it was... open since all the lights are off but cars kept pulling up. All I asked was if they were open and this old guy who lookedirritated just screamed were closed and tried to act tough like he wanted to fight. They need to work on the staffing andservice here. Not much options open late in Dayton but everyone that left went to taco bell! Read more
