Customer service was excellent. It?s great to have a coffee shop, in Dayton of all places, that know what they?re doing when it... comes to quality coffee. Being an espresso lover, I ordered a large iced mocha and it tasted great. Espresso was strong, rich,and was pressed out of an antique looking steam machine. The ONLY complaint is I?m not quite sure how my 1 drink came to be $19with having 2 espresso shots and chocolate. She did warn me that the espresso was more expensive but I wasn?t expecting thatmuch. I have to say it?s the most expensive coffee I?ve ever had but it is good. I?m sure it?s their more elegant drink so if Ilived close I?d be getting a drip coffee which I?m sure is good as well.
