I was just peacefully eat my fries and nuggets then a noticed a full on beetle flying out of the bag!!!! My nuggets started to... taste weird idk why but they did. I only had like 5 nuggets left and I didn't eat them 'cause I didn't wanna yknow die. I'mnever coming here again!!! For how nice the inside is at least make sure there are no bugs with bacteria! I?ve been here a few times - mostly been bad but they did at least have the adult happy meal unlike Carson. The first time I... went they had recently opened and I ordered two bacon McDoubles and a large fry - the total was $30 for some reason and theysaid they couldn?t change it so I left. I went last week to get something and ended up paying for the person in front of me. Iwas refunded, but the man, Dorothy, was rude and didn?t even give me a straw for my drink. She may have been having a bad daybut there were literally no customers. Read more
We stopped so a friend could get a burger and fries. The fries were horrible, as was the burger. He said the staff was just... hanging out with themselves and not paying attention to him so he had to ask if he could order something or are they notselling. I feel bad for owners of businesses these days, as many young people have no idea what good customer service is. Read more
Waited 30 minutes in the drive through, had to walk inside to get any type of service. Or even get an answer on my food. Manager... helped and was really apologetic other employees didn?t seem to care. Also gave my two toddlers expired and curdled milk sincethey were out of apple juice. Horrible experience. Read more
Because this is convenient and we only have a short time between school & soccer practice we've stopped here 4 times. First time... drive thru - a bit longer than normal, but not bad. The last 3 times it's taken over 20 minutes to get our food. One time I gottired of waiting and went to ask. Our order was ready and sitting off to the side for some reason. It was at that point cold andinedible, but we didn't have time to wait 20 more minutes, it even 5. Today, it was 10 minutes before we even got someone totake our order. 20 more minutes before food. 30 MINUTES TOTAL! DON'T STOP HERE OFF YOU ARE IN A HURRY! As a side note, therewere maybe 2 other people there every time. I get it if it's busy, but it hasn't been busy for any of our long waits.Ironically, the one time where it only took us 10 minutes to get through the drive through there were more than 5 cars ahead ofus. You're better off driving all the way to Carson City for McDonalds. It takes less time, even when you include the drive! Read more
This is the first time that this McDonald's did not forget anything in our order. This is progress. I hate leaving a bad review... especially when I know the owner personally. People who work there need to step it up, that is all there is to it. The ownerwill take care of you if you take care of her store and customers properly. I wish that this would be better. McDonald's is new to Dayton. A lot of us have been wanting this for a long time. There are... hardly any fast food restaurants here. I have not been impressed any time I have gone to this location. Granted, it'sMcDonald's, not a 5 star restaurant. They are still just as slow serving food as they were when they opened and it was busythen. It's not busy at all now. They make you park if your the only person in drive up. My chicken sandwich was not good. Thebun was very stale. Chicken was dry. The staff here has no sense of urgency and maybe only one guy that might be a lead isfriendly. I could go on about the other times it has sucked. Cheeseburgers are cold, barely any condiments. I give 3 starsbecause I want them to work. I will keep trying because it's better than what we do have, but I debate just driving 20 minutesout of the way. Read more
Paid $22 for two breakfast sandwiches and 4 hash Browns. One sandwich did not contain the egg. I had taken the sandwiches... home. This is not the first bad experience at this McDonald's. Tried to call the store a d no one answered. We will notreturn to this McDonald's. Read more
