Nice people. Some will rave about the pizza but others not so much. Just not my style. Other dishes are worthwhile.
Every time I go in this restaurant the staff is always friendly and welcoming! This place has the best salad bar!
Disappointed today. I ordered a personal pizza & a greek salad. Had it delivered to the gravel pit where I work a mile away. No... utensils, no napkins..How do you eat a salad with no fork. And the pizza is as brown as the cardboard box it came in..smh Iexpected better. Read more
I am familiar with this chain as we only got pizza from our small town Pizza Factory in Linden, Ca. Unfortunately, this was, by... far the worst experience I have ever had with any pizza establishment. My thin crust order was, pesto, garlic and sun driedtomatoes. The young lady repeated both pizza orders to which I confirmed to be correct. After I got home and opening up mypizza, I saw no "green" to indicate the presence of pesto. After taking the first bite, in no way was there the taste of garlic.The shoe leather chew of minimal cheese and crust was boldly present. My wife's "Wolf Den" pizza was a miniscule (and I meanminiscule) better than my pizza. I did make a call to the store to talk about the pesto pizza and he did offer to replace it towhich I refused. You can't fix The employee I encountered at the counter was pleasant but the whole dining experience was, lessthan satisfactory. I'm going to start making my own crust and providing quality ingredients so the only person I can blame isme. Read more
The prices are wow and not in a good way. $12.99 for cheese sticks that are flavorless. Heck Little Caesar?s cheese sticks have... more flavor for $3.99 Pay $50+ for less than subpar quality of items. I recommend finding a higher quality place worth themoney you?ll pay. This was our first time eating at Pizza Factory. We called ahead for take-out. When we got there, I noticed the kitchen was... full of staff, all busy working. The girl at the counter was friendly, and our pizza was ready at the promised time. Thepizza itself was good. Crust was on the thinner side. Lots of toppings. I like pizza sauce to be a tiny bit sweeter, butother than that the pizza was good. I would order from here again. Read more
New to the area. Im glad there is a good pizza place here. Price is right, pizza was hot and loaded with toppings. There is one... slight request i will ask on my next visit. That is for them to put cheese on top after it comez out of oven. The reason forthis is to hold the toppings on. As you can see in the picture there is alot of meat. Ham , bacon, sausage...etc. NEEDS somecheese on top to bind it together. As it is now everything falls right off. The pizza doesn't need extra cheese just sprinklesome on after its done. ???????? I request thin crust, and a pizza that is cut into squares everytime and I have never once received that. Delivery takes hours... even though I'm not even two miles away. Staff is so rude!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. Read more
