Went over this there with family. First time being there. The guy making my sandwich was patient because I wasn't sure what to... order. Forgot his name. When I got home and ate the sandwich I expected it to be okay. I was really impressed with how tasty itwas. In my opinion, everything tasted fresh and just tasty down to the bread, mayo, lettuce, meat, and pickles. I was impressedwith the quality of the food and ingredients. Exceeded my expectations. Had a yummy dinner. Read more

My husband and I go to Port of Subs at LEAST once a week. I am always greeted by name and asked if I would like my usual... sandwich. The employees all know that I always buy extra meat on the side for my dogs, and the package it up very nicely forthem. All of the employees are knowledgeable in the products, personable to the customers and go out of their way to alwaysmake my dining experience the best each and every time. Read more

I walked into the store at 7:05 on a Sunday night, not realizing that they close at seven. I think that there was a family... finishing eating, so they had left the door unlocked. Even though they should have been closed, the assistant manager Ian waskind enough to make me a sandwich and not say anything at all. I only knew they were closed because All of the other employeesstarted to get ready to go home. I apologized profusely and offered to leave but he insisted that he make me a sandwich. I knowa lot of other places where they would have just told me that they were closed, but he went the extra mile and gave greatcustomer service. I really appreciate that. Sorry for coming in late Ian! Read more

I felt that I was being rushed. I had ordered 5 foot longs chips, brownies and drinks. I spent alot of money. I told the 2... employees what I wanted but before I could ask them to wait a moment so I could catch up they were adding all the veggies and 3got toasted. They assumed that's because I had the first three toasted that I wanted them all toasted. The food was okay wouldhave been great if they had just slowed down to listen. I was very frustrated by the time I had left the store. Also thebrownies were not fresh. Read more

Ordered online, quick and easy. Went to pick up, and the guy behind the counter ( who looked to be the manager or owner, but... I'm not sure) was kind of surly when he asked "Can I help you?". I said I had ordered online and he asked for my name, I toldhim and he said "Oh, she's making it". The girl that was making the sandwich was nicer, as she was making my sandwich she said Icould go ahead and grab my chips from the rack, and told me to have a nice day when I left. The sandwich itself was good, probably better than subway, like the ingredients were better quality, but nothing spectacular. Overall service was less thanaverage and product was only slightly above average. Read more

Store in Dayton, usually very good, but, today, Fathers Day, not so much. Teri had her sandwich as a salad. It had too many big... pieces of lettuce. My sandwich bread was extremely too hard on the top, like a huge crouton. And the bottom part so soggy I justdeconstructed the sandwich in order to eat it. Not too good. My sandwich is heated up and I arrived early, they were busy and Iwaited to get our food. It?s not that it sat there and got soggy. Please do better, this was not good. Y?all have done better.
