Usually this place is the best tacobell I've been too, but unfortunately today was a bust. My taco is literally a taco shell and... lettuce. Did a blind person make my taco? No, I stand corrected I think they could make it better then this. How hard is to putmeat lettuce and CHEESE on a taco? I literally had maybe 4 strand of cheese. So disappointed in the Dayton, NV Taco Bell!! Got my first Mexican Pizza since it came back and it was a bust because of how it... was prepared. There was MAYBE 20% of the beans, meat, cheese & sauce from what is advertised. Half of the pizza was justtortilla on tortilla, no filling. I do have to say the few bites of everything together tasted EXACTLY like the old MexicanPizza we all remembered and loved. I always have them add (pay extra) sour cream on top. I ordered inside for take out and hadto remind the person that made it to put the sour cream on it. No apologies were given. Should have asked her to add the rest ofthe product, but I didn't notice until I got home to eat it. Strike one. I did get a regular beef taco as well. The taco wasperfectly made by a different associate. I will not give up and will try another location for my next pizza. Read more
Okay, I go there at 833 AM. The staff is friendly and professional. The food looks like the menu and tastes good. The... restaurant is clean. Dining in is allowed and social distancing is followed. My wife went to this location to purchase some breakfast for her and her Co workers. The manager whom was working the drive thru... (older male) was so unbelievably rude, saying simply "what's your order ". No greeting, no customer service skills at all. Afterwaiting 15+ minutes for the food she drove off, not letting the guy ruin her day, UNTIL they opened their food and the wholeorder was messed up. There was one burrito with only bacon in it?? Others with zero filling and they forgot the hash browns.When she returned to address the order the manager (same old rude guy) immediately says "it wasn't me!" And started passing theblame on his crew. When she asked for it to be right "I can't do anything for you, you need to get out!" She admitted she got abit upset when he kept saying it wasn't him and blah blah blah, but this guy is sooooo rude all the time. I get customer servicecan be difficult and sometimes outright awful, but its your job. Anyways, I used to like this location (even tho as I said he'salways rude, and I usually just ignored his bad attitude). I liked it because it has such nice employees. But nah. He's ruinedit.
